Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the customised nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Each artwork is designed specifically for you and your pet.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong product, an incorrect print size, or your item was damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will replace your artwork free of charge.
If you have placed an order and changed your mind, a refund may be granted at our discretion if the artwork has not been commenced.
No refunds can be approved for digital products once our artists have started creating your portrait (usually within 24 hours, up to 48 hours).
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist.
Please be aware that when we create your artwork, we use the image that has been uploaded with your order. In the event that your image is not suitable, our team will request that you provide an alternative image.
If a proof has been sent to your email address for approval, a reply is needed within 24 hours. If no reply is received, production will go ahead (if possible), and no changes can be made past this point. If the image is unusable, or we have reached out due to an issue with your image, your order will be automatically cancelled.
* Please note that we cannot create any characteristics that are not visible in your image. If you do not follow our image guidelines or if the image you provide is poor quality, we cannot guarantee an optimal result.
